Come and enjoy the Schaeffer Fine Arts Library, one of Australia’s most important collections of books about art! Kids can join an art-making workshop led by contemporary artist Claudia Nicholson.

Adults can browse our pop-up art bookshop, explore the library's art exhibitions, or simply relax and enjoy our huge collection of art books.

Additional information

• Adults must remain on-site with their children—kids cannot be left unattended or in our care.
• Designed for ages 6-12, but all welcome.
• Booking not required - drop-in between 2 pm and 5 pm.
• If we exceed capacity, you will be able to join a wait list.
